Refund policy

We are pretty sure you will love the shoes and accessories you ordered just like us! In case you are not 100% satisfied, don't worry, the return is easy! We allow you to return your merchandise ANYTIME. All we ask is that the merchandise for return must be new and unworn in the original box. To ensure a smooth return procedure, please read the following conditions:

1：A valid receipt is required for proof of purchase;

2：Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges; 

3：Any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is returned.

If you are close to our stores (addresses followed), we recommend you visit one of our stores for prompt services (and save on return shipping). Our friendly store staff will be happy to assist you with your return or exchange.

After your return is processed, your refund will be credited back to the original payment form (credit, PayPal,). It usually takes a few days to see the credit back to your account, however, it may take up to one billing cycle for some payment types.
